I am super excited to share that my image ceremonies from the homage and the hero collection was Highly Commended at the 2022 Siena Creative Awards 2022 in the Experimental category. To see this work recognized in such a prestigious, yearly international contest was both humbling and exhilarating. The Siena Awards have long been a stage for extraordinary talent, and to find my name among photographers whose experience I deeply admire is an immense honor.
I received the email about the commendation in a mix of disbelief and joy. For someone who just began making their work public in the photography business, this recognition carries a profound meaning: a reminder that every effort, every quiet hour spent shooting and editing, matters. The acknowledgment does not signal an arrival point, but rather a push to continue, to refine, and to embrace the inevitable challenges along the way.
Setbacks are part of any creative journey, yet moments like this remind me that perseverance is always rewarded in unexpected ways. This commendation has strengthened my resolve to keep moving forward, to remain curious, and to never stop seeking beauty through the lens.

Sono entusiasta di condividere che la mia immagine ceremonies dalla collezione the homage and the hero, è stata inclusa tra le immagini Highly Commended, ovvero ha ricevuto una menzione speciale nella categoria Experimental ai Siena Creative Awards del 2022. Vedere questo lavoro riconosciuto in un concorso internazionale così prestigioso è stato molto emozionante. I Siena Awards sono da sempre un palcoscenico per talenti straordinari, e trovare il mio nome accanto a fotografi che ammiro profondamente è per me un grande onore.
Ho ricevuto l’email della menzione con un misto di incredulità e gioia. Per qualcuno che ha appena iniziato a rendere pubblica la sua fotografia fine art, questo riconoscimento ha un significato profondo: un promemoria che ogni sforzo, ogni ora trascorsa a scattare e fare editing conta davvero. Non è un punto di arrivo, ma piuttosto un invito a continuare, a perfezionarsi, e ad accogliere le sfide che lungo il cammino sono inevitabili.
Gli ostacoli fanno parte di ogni viaggio creativo, ma momenti come questo ricordano che la perseveranza viene sempre ricompensata in modi inaspettati. Questa menzione ha rafforzato la mia determinazione ad andare avanti, a rimanere curiosa, e a non smettere mai di cercare la bellezza attraverso l’obiettivo.
