the trento art festival for the artsharing roma gallery!

The Trento Art Festival we were part of, initially open from March 2 to March 6, was then extended until March 20, while it run entirely online. The minimal virtual rooms were hosted on the Kunstmatrix platform: here you had a chance to visit an art exhibition conveniently from the comfort of your own home. This was our first time experiencing this new way of exhibiting our work. We are quite thankful to Penelope Filacchione, who created the Switch Time On project and curated the exhibition for the ArtSharing Roma art gallery as well, as this was our "second" first time with her: in 2020 we have been selected by her to exhibit in what was our first time group show, hosted in her gallery, while now it is our first time experiencing virtual rooms because of her!

The two artworks exhibited at the Trento Festival 2022 are from the homage and the hero collection, emulation and hop on, which was unpublished until now. For this project we put together a video for each of the two images on show: in the video you can see a few of the shots taken that are later overlapped in post production where each contributes to the final result. Along with us in this project, you could find the images of the talented Ilaria Di Giustili and Roberta Marsigli.

Il Festival di Trento di cui abbiamo fatto parte, che ha avuto luogo dal 2 marzo al 6, è stato poi prorogato fino al 20 marzo, ed è un festival usufruibile interamente (e solamente) online. Le sale da museo sono infatti virtuali, e il visitatore ha la possibilità di visitare la mostra da remoto o comodamente da casa. Gestite dalla piattaforma Kunstmatrix, è stata per noi la prima esperienza virtuale di questo genere. Siamo estremamente grati a Penelope Filacchione, che ha ideato Switch Time On (Accendi il Tempo) e ha curato l'esibizione per conto della galleria ArtSharing Roma dal momento che questa è la "seconda" prima volta con lei: nel 2020 siamo stati selezionati da lei per far parte alla prima nostra mostra di gruppo svoltasi nella sua galleria e ora è la prima volta che esibiamo il nostro lavoro in uno spazio virtuale e sempre grazie a lei!

I due lavori esibiti al Trento Art Festival 2022 fanno parte della collezione the homage and the hero, e sono emulation e hop on, questa seconda immagine inedita. Per questo progetto abbiamo realizzato un video per ciascuna delle due immagini esibite: nel video scorrono alcune delle fotografie scattate che una volta sovrapposte in post produzione compongono l'immagine finale. Con noi in questo progetto anche i lavori delle talentose Ilaria Di Giustili e Roberta Marsigli.
