The first time my work was published in an online photography magazine was a moment I will never forget. Photosophia, on its 2022 November December issue no. 56, featured a selection of my images from the homage and the hero collection. Seeing my photographs presented in such a respected publication, alongside artists whose names I had long admired, was both humbling and deeply motivating.
This opportunity would not have been possible without the generous support of photographer Carola Gatta, who believed in my work and invited me to collaborate. Her encouragement opened the door for me to step into a space where my images could live side by side with those of far more established and renowned photographers. For that trust and generosity, I remain profoundly grateful.
This experience felt like a reward for years spent testing, learning, and experimenting while pushing myself to try new approaches and to look at my native city of Rome with different eyes. To have that journey recognized and shared through Photosophia was both affirming and inspiring. It gave me the sense that all the effort, the many hours of exploration and refinement, had found their place. To me, this publication is a meaningful acknowledgment.

La prima volta che il mio lavoro è stato pubblicato in una rivista di fotografia online è stato un momento che non dimenticherò mai. Photosophia, nell'edizione nr. 56 di novembre-dicembre 2022, ha presentato una selezione di immagini tratte dalla mia collezione the homage and the hero collection. Vedere le mie fotografie in una pubblicazione così autorevole, accanto ad artisti i cui nomi avevo a lungo ammirato, è stato allo stesso tempo emozionante e profondamente motivante.
Questa opportunità non sarebbe stata possibile senza la generosa iniziativa della fotografa Carola Gatta, che ha creduto nel mio lavoro e mi ha invitato a collaborare. Il suo incoraggiamento mi ha aperto la strada per entrare in uno spazio in cui le mie immagini potessero convivere accanto a quelle di fotografi molto più affermati e rinomati. Per quella fiducia e quella generosità le sono profondamente grata.
Questa esperienza ha avuto per me il valore di una ricompensa: il frutto di anni passati a sperimentare, imparare e mettermi alla prova, provando linguaggi diversi e osservando la mia città natale, Roma, con occhi nuovi. Vedere questo percorso riconosciuto e condiviso attraverso Photosophia è stato un segnale forte e incoraggiante, che ha dato significato a ogni tentativo e a ogni esplorazione compiuta lungo la strada.
